Innovative community participation

At CHC, our innovative community participation program is designed to support our participants to participate in the community.

• We provide our full support to our participants if they need to find a job, 
  prepare for an interview, maintain their personal wellbeing, travel, learn basic 
  computer skills, and so on.

• We can arrange interactive sessions for our participants which helps them 
  as well as us to get to know them better.

• Our person-centered care helps us ensure improved wellbeing outcomes 
  for our participants.
